Ingredients
  

  • 400 g canned chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper adjust to taste
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Pat the chickpeas dry with a clean towel to remove excess moisture.
  • In a mixing bowl, toss the chickpeas with olive oil, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  • Spread the seasoned chickpeas in a single layer on the prepared baking tray.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, shaking the tray halfway through, until the chickpeas are golden and crispy.
  • Let cool slightly before serving for maximum crunchiness.
