- 400 g canned chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper adjust to taste
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Pat the chickpeas dry with a clean towel to remove excess moisture.
In a mixing bowl, toss the chickpeas with olive oil, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Spread the seasoned chickpeas in a single layer on the prepared baking tray.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, shaking the tray halfway through, until the chickpeas are golden and crispy.
Let cool slightly before serving for maximum crunchiness.
