
Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap
A hearty and flavorful wrap made with grilled chicken, fresh veggies, and creamy Caesar dressing.
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup finely chopped lettuce
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup croutons optional
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and black pepper
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Grill or pan-fry them over medium heat for about 8-10 minutes, until fully cooked on both sides.
- Slice the cooked chicken into thin strips.
- Lay out the tortillas and layer them with lettuce, diced tomatoes, parmesan cheese, chicken slices, and optional croutons.
- Drizzle Caesar dressing evenly over the ingredients on each tortilla.
- Wrap the tortillas tightly and slice them in half. Serve immediately.
