Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap

Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup finely chopped lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup croutons optional
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Grill or pan-fry them over medium heat for about 8-10 minutes, until fully cooked on both sides.
  • Slice the cooked chicken into thin strips.
  • Lay out the tortillas and layer them with lettuce, diced tomatoes, parmesan cheese, chicken slices, and optional croutons.
  • Drizzle Caesar dressing evenly over the ingredients on each tortilla.
  • Wrap the tortillas tightly and slice them in half. Serve immediately.
