Cucumber and Smoked Salmon Rolls

A light and elegant snack made with fresh cucumber slices wrapped around cream cheese and smoked salmon.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large cucumbers thinly sliced
  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 100 g cream cheese softened
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill finely chopped
  • Salt and black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with lemon juice, fresh dill, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  • Slice the cucumbers into thin strips (use a mandoline slicer for best results).
  • Spread a thin layer of cream cheese mixture onto each cucumber slice.
  • Place a slice of smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese.
  • Carefully roll up the cucumber slice into a tight roll and secure with a toothpick.
  • Arrange the rolls on a serving plate and serve chilled.
