Cucumber and Smoked Salmon Rolls
A light and elegant snack made with fresh cucumber slices wrapped around cream cheese and smoked salmon.

- 2 large cucumbers thinly sliced
- 200 g smoked salmon
- 100 g cream cheese softened
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill finely chopped
- Salt and black pepper
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with lemon juice, fresh dill, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Slice the cucumbers into thin strips (use a mandoline slicer for best results).
Spread a thin layer of cream cheese mixture onto each cucumber slice.
Place a slice of smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese.
Carefully roll up the cucumber slice into a tight roll and secure with a toothpick.
Arrange the rolls on a serving plate and serve chilled.
