Ingredients
  

  • 2 lobster tails butterflied
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Butterfly the lobster tails by cutting through the top shell lengthwise and pulling the meat slightly out to rest on top.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Brush the mixture generously over the lobster meat.
  • Place the lobster tails on the baking tray and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
