
Lemon Garlic Lobster Tail
Succulent lobster tails cooked with a zesty lemon garlic butter sauce, perfect for an elegant dinner.
Ingredients
- 2 lobster tails butterflied
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Butterfly the lobster tails by cutting through the top shell lengthwise and pulling the meat slightly out to rest on top.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the mixture generously over the lobster meat.
- Place the lobster tails on the baking tray and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
