Lemon Garlic Lobster Tail

- 2 lobster tails butterflied
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
- Lemon wedges for serving
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Butterfly the lobster tails by cutting through the top shell lengthwise and pulling the meat slightly out to rest on top.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Brush the mixture generously over the lobster meat.
Place the lobster tails on the baking tray and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
