Ingredients
- 500 g shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Place the shrimp in a bowl and toss with olive oil.
- In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
