Ingredients
  

  • 500 g shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • Place the shrimp in a bowl and toss with olive oil.
  • In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
  • Coat each shrimp with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere. Place the shrimp on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the shrimp are golden and cooked through.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges. Pair with a side salad or pasta for a complete meal.
