Baked Parmesan Shrimp

- 500 g shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
- Lemon wedges for serving
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Place the shrimp in a bowl and toss with olive oil.
In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
Coat each shrimp with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere. Place the shrimp on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the shrimp are golden and cooked through.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges. Pair with a side salad or pasta for a complete meal.
