
Mango and Avocado Parfait
A creamy and refreshing dessert combining the tropical sweetness of mango with the creamy richness of avocado, layered with crunchy granola.
Ingredients
- 1 ripe mango peeled and diced
- 1 ripe avocado peeled and pitted
- 150 g Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional
- 40 g granola for layering
- 10 g shredded coconut optional, for garnish
Instructions
- Blend the diced mango with half of the Greek yogurt until smooth. Set aside.
- In another bowl, mash the avocado and mix it with the remaining Greek yogurt and honey (if using) until creamy.
- In serving glasses, layer the mango mixture, granola, and avocado cream alternately. Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled.
- Smooth the top and garnish with shredded coconut if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
