Mango and Avocado Parfait
A creamy and refreshing dessert combining the tropical sweetness of mango with the creamy richness of avocado, layered with crunchy granola.

- 1 ripe mango peeled and diced
- 1 ripe avocado peeled and pitted
- 150 g Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional
- 40 g granola for layering
- 10 g shredded coconut optional, for garnish
Blend the diced mango with half of the Greek yogurt until smooth. Set aside.
In another bowl, mash the avocado and mix it with the remaining Greek yogurt and honey (if using) until creamy.
In serving glasses, layer the mango mixture, granola, and avocado cream alternately. Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled.
Smooth the top and garnish with shredded coconut if desired.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
