
Yogurt & Honey Pancake
A soft and light pancake recipe enhanced with the perfect combination of yogurt and honey, ideal for a delightful breakfast.
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1.25 cups milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Yogurt for topping
- Honey for drizzling
- Fresh fruit strawberries, blueberries, etc.
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract, and whisk until the batter is smooth.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the edges, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Place the warm pancakes on a serving plate. Top with yogurt, drizzle with honey, and garnish with fresh fruit.
