
Eggs with Sucuk and Potatoes
A delicious and hearty breakfast option made with sucuk and potatoes, perfect for a filling meal.
Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes diced into small cubes
- 1 cup sucuk Turkish sausage, sliced or diced
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the potatoes and cook until tender and golden, about 10 minutes.
- Once the potatoes are cooked, add the sliced sucuk to the skillet and cook for a few minutes until browned.
- Crack the eggs into the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook to your desired doneness. You can scramble the eggs lightly or leave them whole.
- Remove the skillet from the heat once the eggs are cooked to your liking.
