Eggs with Sucuk and Cheese

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup sucuk Turkish sausage, sliced or diced
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter or olive oil.
  • Add the sliced sucuk to the skillet and cook until lightly browned on both sides.
  • Crack the eggs over the sucuk and season with salt and pepper.
  • When the egg whites begin to set, sprinkle shredded cheese over the eggs.
  • Continue cooking until the cheese melts and slightly browns, then remove from heat.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
