
Eggs with Sucuk and Cheese
A delicious and simple dish made with sucuk, eggs, and melted cheese, perfect for breakfast.
Ingredients
- 1 cup sucuk Turkish sausage, sliced or diced
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
- 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter or olive oil.
- Add the sliced sucuk to the skillet and cook until lightly browned on both sides.
- Crack the eggs over the sucuk and season with salt and pepper.
- When the egg whites begin to set, sprinkle shredded cheese over the eggs.
- Continue cooking until the cheese melts and slightly browns, then remove from heat.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
