Eggs with Sucuk and Cheese
A delicious and simple dish made with sucuk, eggs, and melted cheese, perfect for breakfast.

- 1 cup sucuk Turkish sausage, sliced or diced
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
- 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter or olive oil.
Add the sliced sucuk to the skillet and cook until lightly browned on both sides.
Crack the eggs over the sucuk and season with salt and pepper.
When the egg whites begin to set, sprinkle shredded cheese over the eggs.
Continue cooking until the cheese melts and slightly browns, then remove from heat.
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
