Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped dill
  • 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Whisk the eggs in a bowl, adding salt and pepper.
  • Add the chopped herbs and cheese to the egg mixture and stir.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased small baking dish.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes or until the eggs are set.
  • Slice and serve hot.
