
Baked Eggs with Fresh Herbs
A delicious and healthy baked egg dish seasoned with fresh herbs and spices.
Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup chopped spinach
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped dill
- 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Whisk the eggs in a bowl, adding salt and pepper.
- Add the chopped herbs and cheese to the egg mixture and stir.
- Pour the mixture into a greased small baking dish.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes or until the eggs are set.
- Slice and serve hot.
