Garlic Parmesan Bread

Classic garlic bread enhanced with parmesan cheese, crispy on the outside, soft and aromatic on the inside.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 baguette or loaf of bread of choice
  • 50 g butter melted
  • 2 garlic cloves grated
  • 50 g parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon parsley finely chopped
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
  • Slice the baguette into pieces without cutting all the way through.
  • Mix melted butter with grated garlic and a pinch of salt. Brush this mixture between the slices and on top of the bread.
  • Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese between the slices and on the top.
  • Add chopped parsley on top, wrap the bread in aluminum foil, and bake for 10 minutes.
  • Unwrap the foil for the last 5 minutes to let the top crisp up. Serve warm.
