
Garlic Parmesan Bread
Classic garlic bread enhanced with parmesan cheese, crispy on the outside, soft and aromatic on the inside.
Ingredients
- 1 baguette or loaf of bread of choice
- 50 g butter melted
- 2 garlic cloves grated
- 50 g parmesan cheese grated
- 1 teaspoon parsley finely chopped
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
- Slice the baguette into pieces without cutting all the way through.
- Mix melted butter with grated garlic and a pinch of salt. Brush this mixture between the slices and on top of the bread.
- Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese between the slices and on the top.
- Add chopped parsley on top, wrap the bread in aluminum foil, and bake for 10 minutes.
- Unwrap the foil for the last 5 minutes to let the top crisp up. Serve warm.
