Garlic Parmesan Bread
Classic garlic bread enhanced with parmesan cheese, crispy on the outside, soft and aromatic on the inside.

- 1 baguette or loaf of bread of choice
- 50 g butter melted
- 2 garlic cloves grated
- 50 g parmesan cheese grated
- 1 teaspoon parsley finely chopped
- A pinch of salt
Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
Slice the baguette into pieces without cutting all the way through.
Mix melted butter with grated garlic and a pinch of salt. Brush this mixture between the slices and on top of the bread.
Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese between the slices and on the top.
Add chopped parsley on top, wrap the bread in aluminum foil, and bake for 10 minutes.
Unwrap the foil for the last 5 minutes to let the top crisp up. Serve warm.
