
Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms
Delicious and savory mushrooms stuffed with cheese, perfect for a quick appetizer or party snack.
Ingredients
- 12 large mushrooms cleaned and stems removed
- 1/2 cup cream cheese or dairy-free cream cheese
- 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese or dairy-free mozzarella
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese optional
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems carefully. Set the mushroom caps aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, grated mozzarella, Parmesan (if using), minced garlic, parsley, salt, and black pepper.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture, pressing down gently to fill them completely.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the mushrooms are tender.
- Serve warm as an appetizer or snack.
