Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream or plant-based cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • Steam or blanch the cauliflower florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  • In a pan, melt butter over medium heat, then sauté the garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add the heavy cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the pan, stirring until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes creamy.
  • Place the steamed cauliflower in a baking dish and pour the creamy sauce over it.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.
