Baked Creamy Cauliflower

- 1 medium cauliflower cut into florets
- 1/2 cup heavy cream or plant-based cream
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish optional
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Steam or blanch the cauliflower florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
In a pan, melt butter over medium heat, then sauté the garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the heavy cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the pan, stirring until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes creamy.
Place the steamed cauliflower in a baking dish and pour the creamy sauce over it.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.
