Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 small tomato diced
  • 1/4 cup onion finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Optional: 1 small jalapeño seeded and finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth but slightly chunky.
  • Stir in the diced tomato, onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and jalapeño (if using). Mix until well combined.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning with more lime juice or salt if needed.
  • Serve immediately with tortilla chips or as a topping for tacos and other dishes.
