Guacamole (Avocado Dip)
A classic Mexican dip, guacamole is a creamy blend of ripe avocados, fresh vegetables, and zesty lime juice, perfect for pairing with tortilla chips or as a condiment.

- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 small tomato diced
- 1/4 cup onion finely chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
- 1 lime juiced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Optional: 1 small jalapeño seeded and finely chopped
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth but slightly chunky.
Stir in the diced tomato, onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and jalapeño (if using). Mix until well combined.
Taste and adjust seasoning with more lime juice or salt if needed.
Serve immediately with tortilla chips or as a topping for tacos and other dishes.
