Ingredients
- 500 g potato gnocchi store-bought or homemade
- 200 g Gorgonzola cheese crumbled
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions until they float to the surface. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in the crumbled Gorgonzola cheese, cooking until it melts and forms a creamy sauce. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked gnocchi to the sauce and toss gently to coat evenly.
- Serve immediately while hot.
