Ingredients
  

  • 500 g potato gnocchi store-bought or homemade
  • 200 g Gorgonzola cheese crumbled
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions until they float to the surface. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Stir in the crumbled Gorgonzola cheese, cooking until it melts and forms a creamy sauce. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Add the cooked gnocchi to the sauce and toss gently to coat evenly.
  • Serve immediately while hot.
