Ingredients
- 1 ready-made pie crust
- 150 g bacon diced
- 1 cup grated Gruyère or Swiss cheese
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg optional
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Place the pie crust in a tart pan and blind bake for 10 minutes.
