Ingredients
  

For Dumplings:

  • 1/2 cup cabbage finely chopped

  • 20 dumpling wrappers

For Bao Buns:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1 tsp yeast
  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • Shrimp siu mai
  • Egg tarts

Instructions
 

  • Mix pork or shrimp, cabbage, green onion, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger. Place a spoonful of filling in each dumpling wrapper. Fold and seal tightly. Steam for 10 minutes.
  • Combine flour, yeast, sugar, and water to form a dough. Let it rise for 1 hour. Shape into small balls, flatten, and add a filling of choice (e.g., barbecue pork). Steam for 12 minutes.
  • Arrange a variety of Dim Sum items on a platter or in bamboo steamers. Serve hot with soy sauce, chili oil, or hoisin sauce for dipping.
