Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium zucchinis spiralized into spaghetti
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish optional, such as basil or parsley
  • Chili flakes for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Using a spiralizer, turn the zucchinis into spaghetti noodles.
  • In a blender or food processor, combine the avocado, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Toss the zucchini noodles with the avocado sauce until well coated.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs and a sprinkle of chili flakes, if desired.
