Yogurt Zucchini Dip

- 2 medium zucchinis grated
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Fresh dill or parsley for garnish optional
Grate the zucchinis and squeeze out any excess moisture using a clean towel.
In a mixing bowl, combine the grated zucchini, Greek yogurt, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
Stir well until everything is well combined.
Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
