Vegan Falafel & Tzatziki Wrap
A flavorful and filling wrap made with homemade vegan falafel, fresh vegetables, and vegan tzatziki sauce.

- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 12 small vegan falafels store-bought or homemade
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup thinly sliced red cabbage
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
- 1 cup lettuce or spinach leaves
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
For the Vegan Tzatziki Sauce
- 1 cup vegan yogurt
- 1 small cucumber grated and drained
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic grated
- 1 teaspoon dried mint
- Salt and black pepper
Prepare the vegan tzatziki sauce by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
Spread the vegan tzatziki sauce evenly over the tortillas.
Divide the shredded carrots, red cabbage, diced cucumber, and lettuce among the tortillas.
Add vegan falafels on top of the vegetables.
Wrap tightly and cut in half.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
