Turkish Bakery-Style Soft Bread Rings

- 500 g flour
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 200 ml milk warm
- 100 ml vegetable oil
- 50 g butter melted
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg white for dough, yolk for brushing
- For topping: Sesame seeds or black cumin seeds
Combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl. Make a well in the center, add milk, oil, and egg white, and knead into a soft dough.
Cover the dough and let it proof for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into equal portions, flatten each piece, spread melted butter inside, roll it up, twist, and shape into rings.
Place the rings on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, brush with egg yolk, and sprinkle with sesame or black cumin seeds.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes until golden brown.
