Turkey and Hummus Lettuce Wraps

- 8 large lettuce leaves preferably romaine or iceberg lettuce
- 200 g sliced turkey breast cooked or grilled
- 1 cup hummus
- 1 cucumber thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red cabbage
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper
Wash and dry the lettuce leaves thoroughly.
Spread one tablespoon of hummus in the center of each leaf.
Top with turkey slices, cucumber, shredded carrots, and red cabbage.
Sprinkle lightly with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
Roll up the lettuce leaves tightly.
Serve immediately or enjoy chilled.
