Turkey and Hummus Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
  

  • 8 large lettuce leaves preferably romaine or iceberg lettuce
  • 200 g sliced turkey breast cooked or grilled
  • 1 cup hummus
  • 1 cucumber thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red cabbage
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry the lettuce leaves thoroughly.
  • Spread one tablespoon of hummus in the center of each leaf.
  • Top with turkey slices, cucumber, shredded carrots, and red cabbage.
  • Sprinkle lightly with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
  • Roll up the lettuce leaves tightly.
  • Serve immediately or enjoy chilled.
