Tarator (Walnut and Yogurt Sauce)

- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup walnuts finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Fresh dill or parsley for garnish optional
In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, chopped walnuts, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
Stir well until everything is mixed together and the dip is smooth.
Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
Garnish with fresh dill or parsley if desired.
