- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove minced

- 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped (optional)
In a mixing bowl, combine the sun-dried tomatoes, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
