Sugar-Free Vanilla and Cocoa Granola
A healthy, crunchy granola made with vanilla and cocoa, perfect for breakfast or a snack, without any added sugar.

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup almond butter or peanut butter
- 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds or walnuts
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut optional
- 1-2 tbsp erythritol or stevia optional, for sweetness
- A pinch of salt
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix the oats, cocoa powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, combine the almond butter, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and sweetener (if using).
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until everything is evenly coated.
Spread the mixture in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before serving.
