- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder

- 1.5 cups milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Fresh strawberries and whipped cream for topping
In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract, and whisk until smooth.
