- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1.25 cups milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
- 100 grams goat cheese crumbled
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder optional
In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
Add the milk, eggs, and melted butter, and whisk until smooth.
Fold in the chopped spinach and crumbled goat cheese.
Preheat your waffle iron and lightly coat it with non-stick spray. Pour the batter onto the iron and cook until golden brown.
