Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1.25 cups milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
  • 100 grams goat cheese crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder optional

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Add the milk, eggs, and melted butter, and whisk until smooth.
  • Fold in the chopped spinach and crumbled goat cheese.
  • Preheat your waffle iron and lightly coat it with non-stick spray. Pour the batter onto the iron and cook until golden brown.
  • Serve warm, and top with extra goat cheese or fresh spinach if desired.
