- 2 cups fresh samphire sea beans, washed
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish optional
In a bowl, combine the washed samphire with minced garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice.
Toss well until the samphire is coated in the dressing.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
