Roasted Spiced Asparagus Spears

- 1 bunch of asparagus trimmed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish optional
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Toss the asparagus with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
Arrange the asparagus in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the asparagus is tender and crispy.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
