Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch of asparagus trimmed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • Toss the asparagus with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  • Arrange the asparagus in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the asparagus is tender and crispy.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
