Roasted Cauliflower Florets
Golden and crispy roasted cauliflower florets, seasoned to perfection for a delicious and healthy side dish.

- 1 medium head of cauliflower cut into florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish optional
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Cut the cauliflower into small florets and place them in a large bowl.
Drizzle olive oil over the florets, then sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat the cauliflower evenly.
Arrange the seasoned cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.
