For the Broth (Base):
- 6 cups chicken or pork stock
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1- inch ginger grated
For Tonkotsu (Pork Broth):
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
For Shoyu (Soy Sauce Broth):
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
For Miso (Fermented Soybean Broth):
- 3 tbsp white miso paste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
For Toppings:
- 400 g fresh ramen noodles
- 200 g pork belly sliced and cooked
- 4 soft-boiled eggs halved
- Green onions sliced
- Bamboo shoots optional
- Nori seaweed sheets
- Corn kernels optional
Flavor the Broth:
For Tonkotsu: Add soy sauce and mirin.
For Shoyu: Add soy sauce and rice vinegar.
For Miso: Whisk in miso paste and soy sauce until dissolved.
Assemble the Ramen:
Divide the noodles among bowls. Ladle the hot broth over the noodles. Top with pork slices, halved eggs, green onions, bamboo shoots, nori, and optional toppings like corn.
Serve immediately while steaming hot.
