- 1.5 cups almond milk or water
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil or olive oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Fresh fruit and maple syrup for serving
In a bowl, mix the quinoa flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk the almond milk, eggs, melted oil, and vanilla extract.
