Pistachio and Sugar Croissant
Flaky and buttery croissants filled with sweet pistachio cream, topped with sugar for a delightful crunch.

For the Croissants
- 4 plain croissants
- 1/4 cup pistachio paste
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
For the Topping
- 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice the croissants in half lengthwise without cutting all the way through. Spread a layer of pistachio paste inside each croissant.
Brush the tops of the croissants with melted butter. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios and granulated sugar.
Place the croissants on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
Let cool slightly before serving.
