Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Wash and pat dry the turkey drumsticks with a paper towel.
In a bowl, mix olive oil with spices (paprika, garlic powder, thyme, cumin, black pepper, and salt).
Coat the turkey drumsticks thoroughly with the spice mixture.
Place the drumsticks on a baking tray and add the lemon slices and crushed garlic around them.
Cover with aluminum foil and roast for 1 hour.
Remove the foil and roast for another 30 minutes until the skin is crispy and golden.
Serve hot.
