Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 lemons 1 sliced, 1 juiced
  • 2 garlic cloves crushed
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional

Instructions
 

  • Place the chicken fillets in a bowl and marinate with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, and optional honey. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • Arrange the chicken fillets on a baking tray and top with lemon slices.
  • Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Serve warm with rice or salad.
