Nachos with Avocado Dip

Ingredients
  

For the Nachos:

  • 200 g tortilla chips

For the Avocado Dip:

  • 2 ripe avocados peeled and pitted
  • 1 small tomato finely diced
  • 1 small red onion finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes optional

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, mash the avocados with a fork until smooth or slightly chunky.
  • Stir in the lime juice, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and chili flakes.
  • Fold in the diced tomato, chopped red onion, and cilantro (if using). Mix until well combined.
  • Arrange the tortilla chips on a serving platter and serve alongside the avocado dip in a bowl.
