Nachos with Avocado Dip

For the Avocado Dip:
- 2 ripe avocados peeled and pitted
- 1 small tomato finely diced
- 1 small red onion finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped (optional)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp chili flakes optional
In a mixing bowl, mash the avocados with a fork until smooth or slightly chunky.
Stir in the lime juice, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and chili flakes.
Fold in the diced tomato, chopped red onion, and cilantro (if using). Mix until well combined.
Arrange the tortilla chips on a serving platter and serve alongside the avocado dip in a bowl.
