Mushroom and Cheese Eggs Recipe
A quick and tasty breakfast with mushrooms and melted cheese.

- 4 large eggs
- 200 g mushrooms (sliced)
- 100 g shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)
Melt the butter in a pan and add the sliced mushrooms. Sauté for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Crack the eggs into the pan, season with salt and pepper.
When the eggs are nearly done, sprinkle the cheese on top and cook until the cheese melts.
Optionally garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
