Mushroom and Cheese Eggs Recipe

A quick and tasty breakfast with mushrooms and melted cheese.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 large eggs
  • 200 g mushrooms (sliced)
  • 100 g shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)

Instructions
 

  • Melt the butter in a pan and add the sliced mushrooms. Sauté for 5 minutes over medium heat.
  • Crack the eggs into the pan, season with salt and pepper.
  • When the eggs are nearly done, sprinkle the cheese on top and cook until the cheese melts.
  • Optionally garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
