Mini Salmon and Dill Canapés

Ingredients
  

  • 12 small crackers or bread slices like baguette or rye
  • 100 g smoked salmon thinly sliced
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 1/2 tsp capers optional
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream or Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and black pepper until smooth.
  • Spread a small amount of the cream cheese mixture on each cracker or bread slice.
  • Top with a slice of smoked salmon.
  • Garnish with fresh dill and capers, if using.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before serving.
