Mini Salmon and Dill Canapés

- 12 small crackers or bread slices like baguette or rye
- 100 g smoked salmon thinly sliced
- 100 g cream cheese
- 1 tbsp sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
- 1/2 tsp capers optional
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream or Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and black pepper until smooth.
Spread a small amount of the cream cheese mixture on each cracker or bread slice.
Top with a slice of smoked salmon.
Garnish with fresh dill and capers, if using.
Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before serving.
