Mediterranean Veggie Wrap with Hummus

- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup hummus
- 1 cup chopped cucumber
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup fresh arugula or spinach leaves
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper
Spread hummus evenly over each tortilla.
Divide the cucumber, tomatoes, bell pepper, olives, and feta cheese evenly over the tortillas.
Top with arugula or spinach leaves.
Mix olive oil and lemon juice, then drizzle over the vegetables.
Add salt and black pepper to taste.
Roll the tortillas tightly and cut in half. Serve immediately.
