Lemon and Mint Sorbet
A refreshing and zesty sorbet made with fresh lemon and mint, perfect for a light and cooling dessert.
Prep Time 10 minutes mins
FREEZING TIME 6 hours hrs
- 200 ml fresh lemon juice about 4-5 lemons
- 150 ml water
- 100 g granulated sugar
- 10 fresh mint leaves finely chopped
- 1 tsp lemon zest
In a saucepan, combine water and sugar over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely to create a simple syrup. Remove from heat and let it cool.

Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for 1 hour.
Remove from the freezer and stir vigorously with a fork to break up ice crystals. Repeat this process every 30 minutes for 4 hours, or until the sorbet has a smooth texture.
